the whole day was like this for me
in addition to this loss, I count 9 more f*&^king games that i should have won
1) ODU blows a double digit lead to lose by 2 at a pick
2)Uconn lets up two 3 pointers in the last minute when they were up 3 getting 1x
3)Utah Jazz blow an 18 point lead to Cavs
4) Ore St blows a 15 point lead to wash U
5) Stanford gets up 16 with 5:00 and then starts letting Cal shoot 3 pointers like they're going out of style- this game was there for the taking and they gave it away - was a $1700 swing for me
6) U 151 ND - ND misses a shot - gets a rebound and the last shot of the game is a 2nd chance 3 pointer that Quinn swishes to push the total where i had under 151 (80-71); of course i missed the early 152
7) W Mich line goes from 8 to 9; they are up 17 at half; i get it at -9; they win by 9 - how come i never push when im lsoing a game only when im winning it
8) I bet W Ky at -9 and they win by 8 where the line started earlier in the day
9) Wyoming plays Utah to a 3-5 pt game the whole way and loses by 11 getting 10
It's time for me to smell the coffee because I can't weather this kind of storm; I dont feel sorry for myself but the bottom line is you have to be incredibly disciplined to survive the inexplicable things that happen every betting day;
have any of you guys made your picks and then actually bet the opposite figuring you'd lose in the long run? has anyone did it as a system or for a long-haul? i keep thinking if i bet the opposite, then my games would win
you can tell my brain's fried, eh
take it easy
